1 Definitions

All bets, deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions placed through your kg997 account are your sole responsibility. kg997 will not reverse completed transactions on the grounds that the account was accessed by a third party where that access resulted from your disclosure of login credentials.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. kg997 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive account balances after this period, at a rate not to exceed ৳200 per calendar month or the remaining balance (whichever is lower), until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the Player.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.3 Deposit Processing

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours on business days (Bangladesh Standard Time). Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. kg997 reserves the right to require identity verification before approving any withdrawal request. 4.5 Prohibited Transactions

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.4 Expiry of Bonuses

Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited to the account, unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion terms. Upon expiry, unmet wagering requirements and associated Bonus Funds are forfeited automatically.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

7 Prohibited Activities

12 Suspension and Termination

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an account by either party, all licences granted to the Player to use the kg997 platform are immediately revoked. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited activities, and dispute resolution shall survive termination of these Terms & Conditions.

13 Amendments to These Terms

kg997 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
